Our annual dues include 8 luncheons at a reduce rate.  You must still register on-line to attend. 


Principal

Membership Yearly Investment $1,350.00; pro-rated for those who join in july - september.

Principal membership is open to individuals, partnerships or corporations that own, develop, manage, lease or control commercial real estate. As a Principal member you will be affiliated with BOMA International in Washington, D.C. A portion of your membership dues will be allocated to BOMA International to support and implement vital activities in the areas of industry legislation, lobbying and education.


Additional Principal

Membership Yearly Investment $995.00

Additional Principal membership is open to individuals, partnership or corporation who own, develop, manage, lease or control Commercial Real Estate. Each individual  joining under this membership level must have one Principal Member enrolled in order to qualify for the Regular Additional membership category. As a Additional Principal member you will be affiliated with BOMA International in Washington, D.C. A portion of your membership dues will be allocated to BOMA International. 


Allied/ Professional 

Allied/ Professional - $1,365.00 (pro-rated for those who join July - September) and Allied Additional Membership  - $1,010.00 is for vendors or suppliers for the commercial real estate industry. Allied Membership is closed at this time, BOMA GTB is currently utilizing a balanced membership program / philosophy.  Currently, the ratio of Allied to Principal members has been met.  Because of this, your application will be put on a waiting list.  To be placed on our Waiting List, please click here.  

If you are able to find a non-member, commercial office, industrial or retail property manager, building engineer or assistant property manager, to join at the same time, you can avoid the waiting list.  Ask your commercial property manager clients if they know about BOMA and have them visit our website if they are interested. If they join, you can too.  You are under no obligation to pay for their membership.  


Building Engineer Professionals/Industrial Property Managers & Emerging Professionals 

Membership Yearly Investment $995.00 for Building Engineers, and $865.00 for Industrial Property Management firm employees.

Engineer membership is open to any building engineer, technician or support personnel that has one Principal member from the Company. 

Industrial Property Management Firm Personnel (must exclusively manage industrial properties) - Membership Yearly Investment $840.00. This membership is for full time staff at Property Management firms that exclusively manger Industrial portfolios.

Emerging Professionals -  Membership Yearly Investment $995.00 (first year free, event fees not included). Must have at least one Principal member to qualify. Open to all Property Managers and Assistant Property Mangers that have been in the Real Estate Business less than 7 years and companies that have one Principal member from the same company.


Corporate Membership for Property Management Firm Employees

Our Corporate Membership is designed for Property Management Firms that have 6 or more employees who want to be BOMA Members. The cost is $4,410.00 for the first six members and $760.00 for each additional employee. We can split the $4,560.00 invoice up if each manager is paying from their property, rather than from one building or ownership. This fee includes 8 luncheons for each member. Contact the BOMA office if you are interested in setting this up. This is a $1,765.00 savings, annually, for larger firms.
